i was once able to obtain affidavits of service for free. i get that you are trying to prevent hackers. But now there is a 'fee' for obtaining an affidavit??!?? This is a bit rediculous

We have been in business for many years and we have always charged for affidavits. They are particularly labor-intensive requiring first the research, then determine who will sign, generate the affidavit, give it to the signed to review and sign, have the notary present to witness and notarize, then scan the affidavit into our system, then send an email copy to the client, then place the original in an envelope (or Fedex pouch) to go to the client. All that for the $30 surcharge is not out of line.
