Had some issues with the website, so I put in the order by telephone. Service was excellent and the price was very good, especially when free shipping is factored in. There was a glitch in delivery - order was shipped to billing address instead of shipping address - but that was easily remedied immediately, and at no cost to me, through a quick email to the store.
All in all, very happy with my purchase, the service and the price. Would order from Lofty Ambitions again.

Love the chairs and your staff offered a very competitive price to match a sale at a different dealer.
However, when asked if we could get 'soft' Nuevo leg plugs for our hardwood floors, I did not get a helpful response other than acknowledging that other customers had a similar inquiry.
For $**** in chairs, would have been nice if someone chased down the answer for me.

A refreshing new store in the west end of Hamilton. Not everything is in stock, but if you have an idea in mind they are very receptive to looking into your request. We hope their inventory & product expands as the condo market heats up.

Great experience - 1 of my chairs was damaged by the shipping company. Lofty Ambitions dealt with promptly and professionally. I had a replacement chair very quickly. I trust this company and would highly recommend them.
