Having just placed our second order with Bunkbedsnow.com, I can say that I am enormously impressed with both the quality of the furniture and the incredible customer service. When no one else could get us the bunk bed of my daughter's dreams, BunkBedsNow could do it within our tight time schedule. I would order from them again and again!

My only comment would be one of the boxes was severely damaged. The product wasn't damaged, but the box was open on both ends. I made a note of it with the delivery driver. We were very happy to see that the product wasn't cracked or damaged.

Our first shipment was left outside my home without any phone calls. One of the biggest boxes was damaged and the wood was chipped. This wasn't bunkbedsnow problem, but the freight company. I contacted bunkbedsnow and had to wait 48 hours for their escalation dept to contact me. They never did. It was only after threatening to call my credit card compnay to cancel the payment did I get anyone to respond. Then it was handled with quick timely emails. We did receive the replacement part, but after 2 weeks one of the slats on the footboard has already broken. So, I'm suspect on the quality. Overall, the bunk bed feels solid. So I would not advise people not to buy it, but just beware.

Customer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond to the
assistance provided.

you should show compairisum products from other retailers to show that you have the better product for the lowest rate.
